Visa is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our global Product team in the UK. You will participate in the Associate Product Manager Programme, rotating across four six-month assignments within Visa’s Product, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions and Value-Added Services organisations, building foundational product management skills.

You will support development of product strategies, roadmaps and go-to-market plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data and AI tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduating December 2026 - August 2027.
• Available to start working September 2027.
• Permanent authorisation to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of product strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Help develop product roadmaps to define goals and strategies.
• Gain knowledge of Visa’s products; assist in driving feature development and leveraging existing capabilities.
• Research market trends and benchmarks to define requirements.
• Use data assets and AI tools to inform product, commercial and client-focused decisions.
• Develop product propositions and user journeys using UX tools like Figma.
• Develop business cases and recommendations by assessing market opportunity and pricing.
• Summarise market research to inform leadership decisions.
• Support product launches and post-launch performance analysis.
• Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy.
• Own workstreams, manage dependencies, and communicate progress.
• Present clear recommendations based on analysis to product leaders.
