Job Summary
Auburn Athletics is excited to begin the search for a Graduate Assistant for the WINGS Program (Women Inspiring and Nurturing Greatness in Student-Athletes)! This role involves member engagement, program management, and event operations.
Essential Functions
WINGS Member Engagement
- Outreach to the greater alumni, friends and fan base through on-going annual giving opportunities
- Collect membership analytics for current members
WINGS Program Management- Maintain an up-to-date membership database for the purpose of renewals communication, and inclusion in WINGS opportunities
- Maintain an annual calendar of events and project management plan
- Maintain an annual member communication calendar
- Assist in a stronger WINGS social presence either with stand-alone WINGS content or supported through general Auburn Athletics social outlets
- Maintain statistics on WINGS growth, outreach and impact
WINGS Event Operations- Assist in planning and organizing Fall & Spring member events
- Assist in planning, communication & organization of the Spring Mentoring Event
Annual Report- Create an overview document outlining the statistics, successes and goals of WINGS for the year
- Document will comprise of comprehensive information for internal use as well as provide a resource for communicating the WINGS impact with membership
Game Day Support
Provide support in the Olympic Sport Recruiting, Tigers Unlimited and Alumni spaces on Football home game day

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be accepted and enrolled in the Graduate School at Auburn University
- Must be available to work some nights and/or weekends when necessary
- Skilled in WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
- Possess strong work ethic and effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to respect and appreciate diversity within a unique campus community
- Able to work independently and creatively
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Tigers Unlimited staff and AuburnYOU staff as well as other departments on occasion
- Interest in working within the collegiate athletics industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferable familiarity with the student-athlete population and services
