Are you a recent graduate with at least 1 year of experience providing support in a corporate environment?

Do you have a proven interest in tech/start-ups and an inquisitive, eager-to-learn approach?

Are you IT savvy, highly organized, and a confident communicator, unfazed in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment?

Our client is a cutting-edge VC firm seeking a Graduate Assistant/PA to join the Office of the CEO. Responsibilities include organizing, researching, liaising, event planning, and more!

What you’ll be doing day to day:
  • Providing administrative support, particularly organizing and booking meetings
  • Managing diaries, resolving conflicts, scheduling, and organizing travel
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships
  • Planning and executing corporate events
  • Working on ad-hoc projects including industry research
  • Developing commercial understanding and skills
  • Working on projects with guidance and support
  • Supporting team members as needed
The skills you need to bring:
  • A degree or similar qualification with 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment
