For a fixed period of one year (September 2025 to August 2026), Cheltenham College seeks to appoint a highly committed and dynamic Theatre graduate to take on the role of Graduate Assistant Director (Resident).
The role will involve working under the Director of Drama within a highly successful Drama Department to support our co-curricular Drama programme. Under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Drama, the postholder will help facilitate the day-to-day running of the programme and the production of various performances.
A key responsibility will be assisting with the LAMDA lesson programme, including teaching some one-to-one lessons, organizing LAMDA showcases, and liaising with the LAMDA Administration Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated students and staff in an environment where Drama is valued both academically and culturally.
The postholder is expected to be a Resident Tutor in a boarding house and to undertake evening duties to support the pastoral care of pupils.
