Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Placement year or previous construction experience beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of highways, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects.
• Assisting with project planning, documentation, and contract administration.
• Learning to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Supporting site inspections, project reporting, and HSEQ compliance.
• Travelling to project sites across the South East with ongoing training and mentoring.
