You Will Have:

  • Degree in Building Surveying (or suitable experience)
  • Ideally previous Building Surveying experience
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Archicad/CAD proficiency or working towards it
  • Full UK Driving License

Graduate Building Surveyor Role & Responsibilities:

  • Determine the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair
  • Advise on health and safety aspects of buildings
  • Visit sites to complete Building Surveyor inspections
  • Conduct desktop survey research about sites
  • Prepare reports following inspections to outline the state of the property/site
  • Assist with the coordination of portfolio instructions and undertake other duties as reasonably required
