You Will Have:

• Degree in Building Surveying (or relevant experience)
• Previous Building Surveying experience (preferred)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ArchiCAD/CAD knowledge or working towards it
• Full UK Driving License

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assess the condition of existing buildings, identify defects, and propose repairs
• Advise on health and safety aspects of buildings
• Conduct site inspections
• Research sites through desktop surveys
• Prepare inspection reports detailing property conditions
• Assist with portfolio coordination and other duties as required
