Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor

An established and growing consultancy is looking for an ambitious Assistant or Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1 2 years' experience to gain hands-on exposure across a variety of sectors including Industrial, Residential, Hotels, and Logistics (Sheds).

You ll be part of a collaborative environment that values career development, offering structured support towards APC and chartership. The team works on a broad range of exciting projects, providing the opportunity to build your technical expertise and develop client-facing skills from day one.

What s on offer:

• Salary between GBP25,000 - GBP35,000, depending on experience
• Up to 15% bonus paid quarterly

Requirements:

• A degree in Building Surveying, or similar (RICS accredited)
• Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred, but not essential
