Job Title: Graduate Assistant

Are you a recent graduate passionate about education and eager to make a difference in young people's lives? Do you possess strong interpersonal skills, a creative problem-solving approach, and a dedication to excellence? If yes, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

We are collaborating with a thriving co-ed secondary school seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to join as a Graduate Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and students, providing support both inside and outside the classroom and contributing to educational programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide one-to-one and group support to students in various subjects
  2. Assist in planning and delivering educational activities and lessons
  3. Support teachers in preparing materials and resources
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  5. Encourage student engagement and participation in extracurricular activities
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, English, Maths, or Science
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to education and personal growth
