Job description

  • This is a fixed term role for 3 months, can be based in either our Bristol or London offices**


About The Role

This role will support the Associate Directors and Senior Manager responsible for managing and co-ordinating tenders and proposals nationally, working as part of a team providing support to all offices across all sectors. The role will sit within the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the newly appointed Head of International in the planning, delivery and launch of a new International strategic offering
  • Act as the main point of contact, liaising with various departments and senior stakeholders across the firm to gather input and feedback on strategic elements of the project
  • Work closely with the Business Development lead in the creation of a project plan, supporting its overall delivery
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and maintaining project documentation


Knowledge and experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Strong project management and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident at liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand, Head of Marketing, key stakeholders and suppliers in the co-ordination, creation and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and digital content
  • Coordinate the collation of content with key stakeholders and support in the delivery of a new intranet page and external webpage promoting and raising awareness of the new offering
  • Monitor and report on progress, ensuring key milestones are met and the project is delivered on time and in line with the project plan
