The role involves providing intervention and pastoral support, building strong relationships, and being a consistent role model. The ideal candidate must be open-minded, resilient, and knowledgeable about mental health. Experience with SEN children and/or adults in any setting is preferred. Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling are also suitable for this position.
