This particular business was established in the 1970s and has spent the last 50 years cultivating a market-leading reputation for providing industry-leading plumbing & heating equipment to their clients.
What would my role consist of?
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a territory that covers Yorkshire and the North East of England. In your first 3 months, you will receive a thorough induction, spending time in each department of the business with a training guide to complete.
Your time will initially be managing existing clients, but you will also have the opportunity to seek out new customers. You will be representing a vast portfolio of products, any component from plumbing and heating supplies from major brands.
You will be selling to independent plumbing merchants and the role will be 90% Account Management - this means 90% of your client base would have spent with the business in the last few years. You can expect around 6 meetings per day.
