Who is the opportunity with?

This client is a family-owned global business that specialises in companion animal nutraceuticals — non-drug substances administered to improve health & well-being of animals.

Their products support cats and dogs in categories such as joints, gastrointestinal, internal organs, skin/coat, & brain/behavior.

Over 90% of their products are produced in-house at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The business has a presence in over 40 countries worldwide.

What does the role consist of?

As an Area Sales Manager, you will cover a geographical territory across East Anglia, ideally near Harlow. You will receive comprehensive training over the first 42 weeks, including on-patch, virtual, and on-site sessions at HQ in Lytham (fully expensed).

Once established, your typical day will involve 3-4 meetings, focusing on acquiring new business and managing existing accounts. You will sell the full range of nutraceuticals into independent veterinary practices.

The company promotes from within, with current staff starting in this graduate role progressing to roles such as UK National Sales Manager, Business Unit Manager for Western Europe, and Northern Regional Sales Manager.

No prior experience is required. The role requires a confident, friendly relationship builder with resilience and a target-driven mindset. A driving license is essential.
