Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Architectural Technologist in Durham. The role offers a 37.5-hour week with flexible start/finish times and a starting salary of £28,000–£30,000, plus training and progression as you develop under supervision.

You will work across multiple sectors, learning cradle-to-grave processes and supporting senior staff in planning and design tasks. Ideal candidates hold an architectural degree and are commutable to Durham.

The Role:

• Designing and working on plans with AutoCAD and Revit across multiple sectors
• Managing the planning process, including liaising with clients
• Monday – Friday, Flexible start/ finish times, 37.5-hour week (Core hours 10 am – 4 pm)

• Architectural Degree or similar
• Looking for a role to progress their career
• Commutable to Durham
