Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South Easts leading architectural practices who offer expert design services to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a Graduate Architectural Technologist to grow and develop within the practice for their Reigate offices.

Duties for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist:
* Provide architectural design services to a range of sectors
* Work on projects that are focused within the residential sector from inception to completion
* Begin to produce technical packages from conception through to completion
* Assist with submitting planning and building regulation applications
* attend site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
Requirements for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist:
* BSc within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience would be desirable
* Experience with Revit
* Experience assisting on projects within the residential sector is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent technical and drawing skills
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
