Une agence d'architecture reconnue basée dans le Hertfordshire recherche un(e) Technologue Architectural(e) diplômé(e) pour rejoindre son équipe. Le rôle comprend l'implication sur des projets variés à travers toutes les étapes RIBA, et nécessite des compétences techniques solides ainsi qu'un flair pour le design créatif. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en Technologie Architecturale et une bonne connaissance des réglementations de construction au Royaume-Uni.

Qualifications

• Un diplôme en Technologie Architecturale est requis.
• Expérience prouvée de travail sur des projets à travers toutes les étapes RIBA.
• Doit résider dans le Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Travailler au sein d'une petite équipe pour concevoir et développer des projets.
• Préparer des dessins architecturaux détaillés.
• Participer à tous les stades du processus RIBA.

Graduate Architectural Technologist

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £27000-£30000

My client is a RIBA chartered practice based in Hertfordshire and is looking for a motivated Architectural Technologist to join their team. The team works on residential, retail and commercial projects and are known for their innovative and creative designs.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient experience post qualification and should be comfortable working in a team. You will enjoy working on projects through all RIBA stages and will have creative design flare alongside good technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Proven track record of working on projects through all RIBA stages
• Work alongside a small team to design and develop projects across a range of sectors
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings
• Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
• Must live within Hertfordshire
