XJTAG Limited in Cambridge, UK is looking for two Graduate Applications Engineers to join our Applications Engineering team. You will work on diverse projects, review schematics, and configure our software, writing test models for devices not yet in our libraries.

As a Graduate Applications Engineer you will be customer-facing, help customers use XJTAG effectively, and contribute to product development and support.

Qualificações

• Foundational knowledge of core digital electronics.
• Familiarity with at least one high-level programming language.
• Interest in engaging with customers to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving abilities applied to customer problems.
• Ability to manage your own time and priorities while meeting customer expectations.
• Basic experience of electronics development projects and use of design tools.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer requirements and develop solutions using our products, culminating in a successful sale to our customers
• Make technical presentations, training and demonstrations tailored to their audience which showcase our products features and benefits
• Collect feedback and ideas from customers and ensure it is resolved within the business
• Communicate clearly with the customer, sales team and other parts of the business and make sure our sales pipeline is updated
