Deloitte Digital in the United Kingdom seeks graduates for a Technology and Transformation Analyst program. You will join a team that delivers client projects, from workshops to governance, while building relationships with stakeholders.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will receive dedicated early experience support, participate in induction, and progress through area-specific training to prepare for client engagements.

Formación

• You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

Responsabilidades

• Help deliver projects for our clients, being a valuable member of the team from day one, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve problems, improve performance and generate value for clients.
• Creating innovative materials for workshops, communications, project plans and progress reporting.
• Participating in project workshops and meetings alongside our clients – contributing to discussions, taking actions and minutes.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs and consistently exceeding their expectations with innovative solutions.
• Providing expert advice and assistance to our clients, tailored to their needs.
• You will deliver tangible, positive changes for public, private, and financial service organisations.
• You will learn new project management tools, and how to use them in a team environment.
