Role Overview
Savills provides a full suite of energy and sustainability services across both the built and natural environments. Savills Earth is expanding rapidly, currently numbering 84 staff, making it one of the UK’s largest Energy & Sustainability consultancies. We help create organizational culture, strategies, and directions to maximize positive contributions to society and the environment, advising on transparency and governance to validate and celebrate commitments to sustainability.
Established in Autumn 2024, Savills Earth Capital Advisors (SECA) is a corporate finance advisory team focused on the energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors. We are seeking a graduate to join us from September 2025.
We are looking to recruit a Graduate Analyst to support the SECA team in executing opportunities and firm-wide marketing activities.

Team Overview
The SECA team raises funds for companies and projects in the energy transition, offering full-service financial advisory with deep sector expertise and a strong renewables network to unlock funding for growth.

The team leverages Savills' expertise in land and real estate, focusing on renewable and energy transition technologies such as solar, storage, wind, hydro, energy efficiency, and renewable heat. We have experience working on fundraising mandates for growth-stage companies across digital technology, infrastructure, and engineering innovations.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship. To be eligible, you must hold the right to work in the UK.
