A leading investment banking firm in London is seeking Graduate Analysts for a 1-year Graduate Programme. The role involves assisting with M&A transactions, preparing financial models, and liaising with corporate clients. Candidates should have a minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent, a keen interest in capital markets, and strong analytical skills. This opportunity offers exposure across various teams in the Investment Banking Department.
The Investment Banking Department provides a full range of financial advisory and broking services, whether advising a broad range of clients through transactions such as capital raisings, buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates or providing market and sector intelligence. The Investment Banking Department is sector focused, operating across eight sector verticals (Consumer, Healthcare, Real Estate, Industrials, FIG, Investment Funds, TMT and Natural Resources), aligning the Investment Banking Department to leverage our equity Research analysts’ deep sector knowledge. Dedicated teams across Equity Capital Markets/Syndicate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sponsor coverage and Investor Relations work closely with the Investment Banking Department’s sector teams in supporting the firm’s clients.
Job Purpose
We are looking to recruit Graduate Analysts to join our 1-year Graduate Programme which provides continuous exposure to the firm’s corporate clients, M&A transactions, capital raises, other advisers and, where appropriate, institutional investors across all of the sector teams. The role will have the opportunity to rotate across the different sector and product teams within the Investment Banking Department as well as the opportunity to gain exposure to the firm’s Sales and Equity Research teams during the Programme.
