Job description

Our client is seeking an Analyst to join their management consultancy, paying up to £36,000 plus bonus and benefits. Supporting business improvement projects, you will receive structured training and clear opportunities to progress into a Management Consultant role.

The head office is in Theale, but the role involves working on client sites across the UK, typically Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday depending on the assignment.

Duties:

• Analyse data and observe working practices to identify improvements
• Map processes and help quantify potential benefits
• Support the delivery of business transformation projects
• Build client relationships and help introduce new ways of working

Benefits:

• Up to £36,000 per annum plus performance bonus
• £4,836 car allowance, subject to holding a full UK driving licence and access to a car
• 25 days holiday, increasing annually after three years to a maximum of 30 days
