Job summary

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of an established consultancy to hire an Analyst based in Reading with UK-wide travel. The role offers a clear training path and progression into a Management Consultant role, with structured development and client-facing exposure.

You'll analyse business processes, map operations, support transformation projects and build relationships with client managers. Typically Monday to Thursday on site with Fridays remote, and a competitive package including a car

The Opportunity:

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of an established consultancy business who are looking for an Analyst to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to develop their analytical, commercial and consulting skills, with structured training and a clear progression pathway into a Management Consultant role.Typically Monday to Thursday on client sites with Fridays working remotely.

This would be a good opportunity for an Analyst, Business Analyst, Graduate Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, Consulting Analyst, Junior Consultant, Graduate Analyst t or Trainee Analyst.

The Role:

• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn, with a genuine desire to develop a career in consulting.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable travelling regularly to client sites across the UK.
• Ideally holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car.
• Degree in Science, Mathematics, Economics would be desirable.
