Job description

Job Description
  • Design, verification, and simulation of CMOS Analog blocks, in collaboration with team members.
  • Develop expertise in design skills, utilizing best practices and seeking continuous improvement.
  • Take a proactive approach to driving your own development plan, utilizing team members and internal development opportunities.
  • Work closely with Layout Engineers to develop key Layout skills.
  • Work closely with Applications Engineers to evaluate your own design blocks in the lab to develop key evaluation skills.
  • Produce high-quality documentation for your IP blocks.
  • Develop and refine organizational skills to ensure project schedules are met.
  • Contribute to verification tasks, where appropriate.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as deemed reasonable by your manager.
Qualifications
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience.
  • Apply policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Desire for continued learning and development.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to deliver on time under tight schedules.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice.

  • Concise and precise communication and presentation skills within a multi-site and multi-cultural environment.

  • Ensure high-quality design is delivered on time and according to specifications, following appropriate methodologies and design flow.
  • Demonstrate significant development of technical, communication, and organizational skills from initial design through to post-layout verification.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
  • Provide timely progress reports and highlight risks/issues.
  • Show continuous improvement of technical and non-technical skills, as measured through manager review.
  • Build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Display enthusiasm, drive, confidence, and teamwork.
  • Incorporate elements of “TAGIE” in all aspects of work.
