Job summary

Reply is seeking a Graduate AI and Machine Learning Engineer in London to design and develop ML processes across client environments. You will assist with data selection, model design, and operationalization, working alongside data scientists and senior MLOps engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training opportunities, and participation in labs and code challenges as part of a structured graduate programme. Summer/Autumn 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in ICT/CS with 2.1 or higher; master's preferred in Data Science or AI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong CS fundamentals and knowledge of data science concepts and ML lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Science to automate and govern ML pipelines.
• Manage infrastructure and orchestration for training and production.
• Monitor ML model performance in production over time.
• Work with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps, and Visualization specialists.
• Engage with domain experts across industries to understand problems.
• Explore client data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
