Job summary

Reply is seeking a Graduate AI and Machine Learning Engineer to assist in designing and developing ML processes across client environments. You will support data requirements and help operationalize models, working closely with data scientists and senior MLOps engineers to implement models into production.

The role offers extensive training, a detailed learning path, and opportunities to participate in hackathons, code challenges, and our graduate learning programme within Data Reply.

Qualifications

• 2.1+ Bachelor’s in ICT/CS required
• Master’s in Data Science or AI preferred
• Strong communication abilities and impact
• Solid understanding of CS basics: databases, software engineering, cloud computing (AWS)
• Solid knowledge of Python with ML libraries and data science concepts
• Growth mindset and willingness to travel across client projects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Science to automate ML pipelines
• Manage infrastructure and orchestration for training and production of models
• Monitor model performance in production
• Work with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers and Visualization Specialists
• Interact with domain experts across industries to understand problems
• Explore client data and communicate findings to stakeholders
