Job summary

PA Consulting Group in Melbourn, Cambridge, is seeking a 2027 Graduate Software & AI Systems Engineer to join our Software and AI Systems team. You will design and build software for real devices, embedded systems, IoT, and cloud integrations, working on end-to-end products from concept to release.

You should be pursuing or have completed a STEM undergraduate degree and be proficient in languages such as C++, Python, Rust, C, or C#.

Qualifications

• Undergrad STEM degree or higher.
• Proficient in at least one of the listed languages.
• Curious, growth‑minded and collaborative.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to apply engineering knowledge to real-world problems.
• Reliable and professional team player.

Responsibilities

• Design and build software for embedded devices and IoT systems.
• Develop software close to hardware, including bare‑metal and RTOS projects.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end product development from concept to release.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams across PA’s Global Innovation centres.
