Job summary

First AI, a specialist enterprise AI consultancy, is hiring graduates to become AI Business Consultants. After completing the First AI Academy, you will join as a Graduate AI Consultant and work with major enterprise clients to deploy Microsoft Copilot and translate challenges into AI-enabled workflows.

You will contribute to training, workshops and executive briefings while shaping adoption and business impact across functions, blending business and technology in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in AI and its business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 2:1 degree or equivalent from any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise clients deploying Microsoft Copilot.
• Identify and scope high-impact AI use cases across business functions.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and executive briefings.
• Translate operational challenges into practical AI-enabled workflows.
• Build agents using Copilot Studio and related tools.
• Prototype and iterate AI solutions in live business environments.
• Support behaviour change and sustained adoption.
