Short Brothers, a Boeing Company in Belfast, invites graduates to join a dynamic engineering team on a multi-disciplinary programme. You’ll contribute to aerospace projects from day one, rotate across design, materials, testing and manufacturing, and develop your technical and professional skills with coaching and mentoring.

Degree holders in Mechanical, Aerospace or related fields who can commit to 36 hours per week in Belfast, with a 2.2+ (or 2.1/MEng) achievement, are encouraged to apply for

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Engineering accredited to pursue CEng status.
• 36 hours per week, 5 days a week in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong communication and genuine aerospace interest.

Responsibilities

• Graduate engineers will work across multiple disciplines and projects.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and other teams to deliver real outcomes.
• Develop professional and technical skills through coaching, mentoring and hands-on training.
