Graduate Opportunity - Customer Service & Payroll Support
Bristol City Centre | Full-Time | Hybrid After Probation

We're partnering with a thriving back-office services provider that supports recruitment firms and temporary workers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they're expanding their Customer Service & Payroll Team - and are looking for a graduate-level candidate who's confident, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.


What You'll Be Doing
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll operations, compliance, and customer service. You'll be the go-to contact for contractor and agency queries, helping ensure smooth and accurate payroll support.


Key responsibilities include:




  • Answering inbound queries via phone, email and webchat (approx. 30 calls/week)




  • Processing data and timesheets, raising invoices




  • Handling expense submissions and pension-related questions




  • Supporting payslip queries and understanding deductions




  • Gaining a full understanding of the payroll process through on-the-job training




What We're Looking For




  • Friendly and professional communication style




  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills




  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills




  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)




  • A team player with a proactive mindset




What's on Offer




  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week)




  • 6 months of on-site training, followed by hybrid working (up to 2 days WFH)




  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 with service)
