We're looking for aGraduate Acoustics Consultantto join our highly successful Acoustics team in our Manchester office, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme, where you'll be delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet and society.

As a team, we have a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge where we deliver a fresh and contemporary approach to acoustics engineering and audio visual design for clients across the UK. Our team has experience of working on a broad range of projects.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment andwill benefit from strong support from both office and technical colleagues, as well as significant guidance from senior staff within our open and collaborative culture.

Your role:

Project Delivery:

  • Undertaking a range of acoustic calculations and modelling exercises.
  • Attending site visits to undertake various acoustic measurements and surveys.
  • Attending project meetings where appropriate.
  • Understand our scope of works.
  • Preparation of technical deliverables.
  • Ensure projects adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Have a good knowledge of health and safety requirements and promote health, safety and wellbeing best practice.

    Management:

  • Take responsibility for team admin tasks, for example equipment maintenance.

    Business Development:

  • If appropriate, engage in early careers networking events and meetings.
