A respected UK-based Acoustic and Environmental Consultancy is seeking a Graduate Acoustic Consultant to join its expanding team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career in acoustics, working on a range of projects across the built environment, planning, and infrastructure sectors.
Essential Criteria:

A degree (BSc or MSc) in Acoustics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
*
A genuine interest in building or environmental acoustics.
*
Strong communication, numerical, and analytical skills.
*
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
*
A full UK driving licence.
Desirable Criteria:
*
Familiarity with UK noise standards such as BS4142, BS8233, or BB93.
*
Awareness of modelling or measurement tools (e.g., CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or Odeon).
*
Experience from placements, internships, or university projects related to acoustics.
The Role:
You will support senior consultants in delivering noise and vibration assessments for projects in residential, commercial, education, and infrastructure sectors. The role involves a mix of site work, modelling, data analysis, and report writing, with full support and training provided to develop your skills and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with noise and vibration surveys across various sites.
*
Supporting acoustic modelling and analysis.
*
Producing technical reports and documentation for planning and compliance.
*
Developing knowledge of industry software and standards.
*
Attending client meetings and supporting wider project teams.
