Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Graduate Acoustic Consultant in the UK to join our Acoustics team on a two-year GROW programme. From day one you will contribute to client engagements and project work, developing technical expertise and professional skills through cohort training.

You will specialise from day one in acoustics, liaising with clients and delivering your own tasks across diverse environmental projects, with office and on-site work and travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.
• You must be willing and able to travel frequently and stay away from home as required. A significant portion of your time will involve site work, which may require extended periods away from your home office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in the delivery of project related tasks including site surveying, 3-dimensional modelling and assessment with budget, timeframe and quality targets.
• Learn new technical skills focusing on innovation, sustainability, and digital solutions.
• Work on a range of environmental and planning projects involving infrastructure, urban regeneration and community initiatives; travel to sites as required.
