Job summary

Aztrum is seeking a Graduate Acoustic Consultant to join our environmental team in the Cornwall/Plymouth area. The role focuses on environmental and building acoustics projects, supporting planning applications for residential developers, restaurants, hotels and public sector clients.

You will work across the South West, undertake BS4142 and BS8233 surveys, with training and career development, and flexible options for part-time or full-time work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Acoustics, Sound Engineering, or a related field.
• IOA Diploma considered for post-graduate applicants.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary: 26,000 - 30,000

Our client is a reputable environmental consultancy, who due to on-going success, is now looking for an aspiring Graduate Acoustic Consultant to join the team and work on environmental & building acoustics projects in their Cornwall office. They are able to consider candidates who are seeking part-time or full-time work and have worked across a range of sectors.

Working across the South West you will predominantly undertake environmental, BS4142 and BS8233 surveys in support of planning applications for residential developers, restaurants, hotels and the clients in the public sector.

Candidate requirements will include:

• Educated to degree level in Acoustics, Sound Engineering or another relevant discipline. Candidates with a post-graduate qualification such as the IOA Diploma can also be considered.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Located around the Cornwall region.
