A dynamic firm in the drinks space is seeking a Graduate Accounts Payable Administrator to kickstart their career in Birmingham. This hybrid role offers a salary of £25k-£28k and provides great experience in understanding market data within the drinks industry. The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or higher in a relevant degree and strong numeracy skills. Responsibilities include managing the purchase ledger and liaising with suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a 2:1 or above in a relevant degree.
  • Strong numeracy skills required.
  • Studying towards an AAT qualification is desirable.

  • Overseeing the validation of PO and non-PO invoices.
  • Liaising with retailers to ensure that supplier statements are up-to-date.
  • Setting up new accounts with suppliers.
  • Communicating with external stakeholders to manage queries.
  • Partnering with the Head of Finance to maintain accuracy across the wider business.
