This highly successful and profitable organisation is committed to continuous improvement and professional growth. Joining this company is not just an outstanding first step in your career but could truly define your future trajectory in finance.

The Role
The Graduate Accounts Assistant will be part of a high-performing team providing support across all the group's business functions. As an Accounts Assistant you will be required, but not restricted, to the following tasks:

  2. Maintenance of purchase ledger
  3. Managing relationships with suppliers
  4. Issuing invoices to customers
  5. Maintenance of sales ledger
  6. Credit control in relation to customer payments
  7. Maintenance of cash books and loan schedules
  8. Managing treasury deposit arrangements
  9. Processing of interest and capital loan repayments and other non-supplier payments where applicable
  10. Assisting in minute-taking at project board meetings
  11. Processing of Companies House documents
  12. Supporting the incorporation of financial data into ETBs

  14. Assisting with accruals & prepayments and other journals
  15. Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT and CIS returns
  16. Liaising with auditors to provide supporting information for year-end financial statements
  17. Ad hoc tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a highly ambitious and proactive graduate, with a 1st class Degree or Masters in Accounting and Finance, eager to complete their professional exams. You will have a strong academic background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, you will be ready to take initiative and contribute to process improvements. You will ideally have up to two years Accounting experience, or if not, will have demonstrable soft skills developed in other jobs.

What's on offer
  1. A structured development programme, with mentoring and clear career progression opportunities
  2. An agile working philosophy and a competitive package of extensive, market-leading benefits
  3. A flexible working model with a 3/2 day office-based approach
  4. The opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing business that invests in its people

If you are a graduate eager to build a successful finance career, but you don't meet every requirement listed, we strongly encourage you to apply. Research suggests that some groups, such as women and individuals from minority backgrounds, are less likely to apply unless they meet 100% of the criteria. At iMultiply, we believe in potential and encourage applications from those ready to grow into the role.
