Mitchell Adam Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Accountant in Birmingham. You’ll join a growing finance team with exposure to reconciliations, journals, month-end processes and financial reporting, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

You’ll work alongside experienced Accountants and will be supported to study ACCA/CIMA or other qualifications, building a long-term career with clear progression.

Qualifications

• A recent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a genuine ambition to build a career within accountancy.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work confidently with financial information.
• A proactive and curious approach, with the confidence to ask questions, learn quickly and take on new challenges.
• A positive, team‑focused attitude and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved.
