Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday - Friday

What's the Role?

As a Graduate SME Account Relationship Manager, you'll be part of our SME Account Management Team, where you'll build strong, lasting relationships with employers across the UK. You'll work closely with our Coaches and wider teams to support businesses and apprentices throughout their journey - from programme enrolment to progression opportunities.

This role is ideal for graduates with a background or interest in business, marketing, sales, or customer service who are eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of SME employer accounts
  • Support and grow client accounts through regular communication, upselling, and identifying progression opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships that enhance client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner experience
  • Help resolve any service-related issues and support learner success
  • Track key metrics and maintain accurate records of client interactions

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, recruitment, hospitality, or retail
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships or interest in tech/digital learning
