Graduate Academic Coach – Primary School – Manchester
Are you a recent graduate with a strong academic background and an interest in education? The Graduate Network is working with a welcoming primary school in Manchester is looking for a Graduate Academic Coach to support pupils with their learning, develop your classroom skills, and gain valuable experience before starting a career in teaching.

*** Supporting literacy, numeracy, and whole-class learning in Key Stage 2

The Role
As a Graduate Academic Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting children across Key Stage 2. Your responsibilities will include delivering small group academic support, leading targeted booster sessions in core subjects, and assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. You will help track pupil progress, build confidence, and support learning for all abilities.

The Candidate
This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching and looking for a role where they can gain valuable practical experience. You should have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, caring approach to working with children. While previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, it is not essential.
