Graduate Academic Coach – Primary School, Manchester
Are you a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a desire to make a difference in primary education? A small, high-performing primary school in Manchester is seeking a Graduate Academic Coach to support pupils with their learning, raise attainment, and help deliver targeted interventions across the curriculum.

The Role
As a Graduate Academic Coach, you will work closely with teachers to identify and support pupils who would benefit from extra academic input. You’ll lead small group sessions, deliver one-to-one interventions, and help to reinforce key concepts in core subjects. This role plays a vital part in helping children to close learning gaps and build confidence.
