  • Developing your understanding of SEN strategies and best practice in schools

What we're looking for:

  • Genuine passion for working with young people with additional needs
  • Patience, empathy and strong communication skills
  • An interest in progressing into SEN teaching, educational psychology, or therapy careers
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Professional development - Access to online CPD through the National College and school-led training
  • Real-world experience - Work alongside experienced SEN professionals in a supportive environment
  • Career progression - Gain the skills and insight to move into SEN teaching or therapy roles
