A leading boutique executive search firm, specialising in Private Equity and Investment Banking across Europe and the U.S., is looking for a bright and ambitious graduate to join their London team as a Researcher. This is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate who’s ready to kick-start their career in executive search, working closely with the founder and gaining immediate exposure to live mandates and top-tier global clients.

As a Graduate Researcher, you'll play a crucial role in supporting high-level searches by conducting in-depth market mapping, candidate sourcing, and industry research. You'll be part of a collaborative, tight-knit team that will support your development from day one. For the right graduate, this is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where you'll be trusted with real responsibility early on. Hours are 8am–5:30pm, with excellent training, lovely team culture, and strong progression potential.
