Salary: Teaching Assistant Scale 4 (£32,597 FTE)

Actual Salary:£27,085.47 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated Grade 4 Cover Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This full-time position involves providing PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover across all primary year groups — from Early Years through to Year 6.

As part of this role, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons and engaging learning activities to ensure high-quality teaching and learning continues in the class teacher’s absence. You’ll be supported by a strong leadership team and will have access to excellent professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
