Job summary

FM Conway is seeking a Grab/Tipper Mulit Skilled Driver to join our Transport Division from the Dartford depot. You will drive an allocated grab vehicle to transport asphalt and aggregate to various sites on a fixed schedule.

The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday 06:00-16:00, with a focus on safe, professional deliveries and compliance with company policies. Applicants must hold a UK driving licence (HGV Class 2), CPC and Tachograph card, and have Grab/ asphalt experience.

Qualifications

• You must hold a full UK driving licence and a HGV Class 2 licence, plus a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Grabdriver and asphalt experience are essential.
• Commitment to safe, professional site-to-site transport.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 HGV to/from site and operate grab vehicle.
• Transport asphalt and aggregates to customer sites.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and company policies.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment to standard and complete defect sheets daily.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and on-time delivery requirements.

Job description

FM Conway is currentlyseeking a Grab/Tipper Mulit Skilled Driver to join our Transport Division based from our Dartford depot. As our Grab/Tipper Mulit Skilled Driver, you will drive an allocated grabvehicle to transport asphalt and aggregate to various sites. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 06:00-16:00.

The duties of the Grab/Tipper Mulit Skilled Driverrole will include:

• Driving and operating Class 2 HGV to/from site
• Transporting asphalt to our customers in a safe and professional manner
• Working in conjunction with your supervisor’s instructions
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment in line with established company standards
• Completing and submitting the required daily defect sheet
• Acting in accordance with company policies and procedures

What skills and experience do you need?

You will hold a full UK driving license, a HGV Class 2license as well as a full CPC and Digital Tachograph card. Grabdriver and asphalt experience is essential.
