Posts available - Full Time Shift Pattern - Days, Nights and Weekends Location - Royal Hospital for Children and Young People The Paediatric Critical Care Unit (PCCU) is a 19 bedded area comprising of the Intensive Care Unit, High Dependency Unit and Neonatal Unit. PCCU provides care to children with acute or chronic severe illness who have a need for sustained and ongoing support. This unit is a leading specialist centre providing family centred care in a child friendly environment, maintaining the physical and psychosocial needs of all its patients.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
