Posts available - Full Time and Part time hours available (this can be discussed at interview)

Shift Pattern - Days, Nights and Weekends

Location - Pan Lothian

The Outreach Service aims to support families with children who have Exceptional Health Care Needs. The children and young people have varied individual needs, many are technology dependent most are chronically ill with limited life expectancy and exceptional health care needs. All children and young people have an individual package of care and the aim is to provide high quality, consistent and continuous care and therefore help the family live as normal a life as possible.
