Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking a GPU Cluster Delivery Manager to lead enterprise GPU deployments from contract signature through Ready-for-Service, coordinating procurement, physical build-out and validation with data centres, OEMs and SREs.

The role features a 4-day work week, remote-first flexibility and a strong emphasis on stakeholder management to ensure on-time go-lives and robust risk control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management leading complex IT infrastructure deployments.
• Experience delivering enterprise GPU/hpc deployments with strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of data centre hardware and InfiniBand/Ethernet topologies.
• Proven multi-vendor supply chain management and coordination with OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of dedicated GPU compute clusters for enterprise clients post-sale.
• Run regular cadence meetings with stakeholders and provide status reports and risk logs.
• Manage hardware supply chain from BOM to site delivery with OEMs and logistics partners.
• Coordinate with data centres on space, power, and rack layout, including cooling.
• Oversee field engineering teams during racking and cabling, ensuring smooth go-lives.
• Lead pre-flight checks, burn-in testing and NCCL benchmarks with SRE teams.
