Operose Health delivers local primary care at scale, serving over 700,000 registered patients across 82 locations. We seek an experienced GP with GMC registration to join our Nottingham practice and provide high-quality care aligned with governance.

You will conduct triage and consultations (in person or video), manage medications, and participate in audits and QOF targets while working with the Practice team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
• Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
• Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to GP surgery patients in collaboration with clinical leads.
• Maintain clinical governance and contribute to outcomes improvement through audits and QOF.
• Provide clinical care: consultations (in person or video), triage, medication reviews, and prescriptions.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
• Support development and delivery of the surgery action plan with management and clinical leads.
