Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is recruiting locum General Practitioners to cover shifts across London clinics and other UK sites. You will provide high-quality primary care, manage a range of conditions, and support local healthcare teams in busy primary care settings.

We offer NHS-approved framework opportunities with flexible short- and long-term assignments, full onboarding and ongoing consultant support. You can start asap if you meet GMC, DBS and right-to-work requirements.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• MRCGP or equivalent.
• A current DBS check or willingness to undergo one as part of registration.
• UK Right to Work.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills.
• Experience in out-of-hours or urgent care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conducting consultations and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribing medications and referring patients as appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Education
