Job summary

Main duties of the job

• Answer patient queries over the telephone, via eConsult, and email.
• Answer queries from other health professionals and direct them to the appropriate clinical team.
• Process prescription requests.
• Handle patient registration requests.
• Use the clinical system Emis effectively.
• Participate in opening and locking up the GP practice as part of a team.
• Work flexibly across Monday to Friday.

About us

We have a friendly team based at two sites: Stretton Medical Centre and Stretton Branch Surgery. Applicants should be willing to work at either site. Our services include roles such as GP, nurse, social prescriber, mental health nurse, physiotherapist, clinical pharmacist, midwife, and paramedics, all under our ARRS roles.
