This part-time position requires excellent organizational and communication skills along with a dedication to customer service. Job summary
Vida Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for reliable, hardworking GP receptionists to join our experienced team, on a part or full-time basis. We have various positions and shifts available working anytime between 8am-6:30pm, split by morning and afternoon sessions. Hours/days can be discussed at interview.
Full training will be provided and you will be assigned a main base, however the position will be multi-site and it will be essential that the post-holder can cover all locations:
Our GP receptionists help make a positive impact on our local community. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to patients, across our practices. You will be mentored and supported by the organisation, and empowered to deliver care and support.
You must be able to work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients. High quality service delivery, complete confidentiality and patient satisfaction are an absolute priority.
